November 2002 : NetPartnering has just completed a massive channel survey on behalf of HP
Europe to assess impact and consequences of HP/Compaq merger. More than 10,000 IT resellers
targetting SME market have been contacted in one to one, phone or web based interviews

June 2002 : worlwide leader in UPS (devices protecting IT equipments), MGE UPS has selected
NetPartnering to initiate a channel development initiative.

May 2002 : wireless and partnership go together. HP Wireless Internet Services Europe is working
with NetPartnering to define the best go to market strategy for the introduction of a new PDA GPRS.

March 2002 : NetPartnering is extending its services to Opera Multimedia, one the leading
European player in e-learning and educational software.

February 2002 : NetPartnering France is moving to new offices, next to Bastille quarter.

January 2002 : HP PCs with 100 Euro inside. Thanks to an exclusive partnership between HP
Europe and Genesys Conferencing, NetPartnering has strongly enhanced the value provided to hp
customers.

December 2001 : new customer won, number one post company in Europe: Deutsche Post.
NetPartnering is providing strategy and market research services in nine European countries.

November 2001 : NetPartnering has initiated a major partnership program for the HP Consumer
organisation. Integrated into a Club, prestigious partners are offering exclusive benefits to HP
customers. Partners include Vivendi Publishing, Penguin, Electronic Arts, Ravensburger, Nouvelles
Frontières, Castorama, Obi...

October 2001 : NetPartnering has just signed two major contracts with leading German companies
(among them Deutsche Bank) to help them to structure their partnership strategy in Italy.

September 2001 : NetPartnering has helped Hewlett-Packard Europe to define, structure and
implement its e-newsletter strategy for small and medium businesses.

February 2001 : NetPartnering.com has signed another client, HdP (www.hdp.it), the Italian
holding group encompassing many leading companies such as Fila, Flammarion, Valentino and RCS
(Rizzoli Corriere della Sera). HdP is one of the top European publishing companies.
Year 2000
November 2000 : NetPartnering is starting simultaneously in the UK and France its press and
communication strategy.

October 2000 : NetPartnering Germany is officially open. NetPartnering now covers the top
4 markets in Europe and is able to deliver a full pan European portfolio of partnership services.

August 2000 : A Forrester report on Internet advertising states : "By 2004, 53% of US online
spending will be bas ed on performance. While high advertising spending would seem to give
content sites leverage in the ad selling process, page view growth will far outpace growth in ad
spending. With plenty of ad inventory and ROI tracking tools available, marketers will insist on
performance deals."

August 2000 : NetPartnering is entering a new untapped market : e-learning. By 2002, 40%
